Reporting Features: All reporting in Membership Plus 2005 is done within a single reporting tool that makes every report customizable. The reporting tool supports multiple styles with the click of a button, a report builder wizard, and advanced features like charts, subreports, and crosstab reports.
Workflow Wizards: [screen] Membership Plus 2005 enables churches and organizations to save their own workflow processes. You can choose from any of the data entry screens offered in Membership Plus 2005, any report, any chart or graph, and even some dataset operations (like backup); then define the order they should appear. The Workflow Wizard can be launched at anytime, even from the Welcome screen. To make things even easier, we've included many predefined wizards that follow the most common workflow processes.
Logging Features: Membership Plus 2005 keeps a log of every operation performed within the program. You can choose how long it retains the log information and you can clear it at any time.
Batch Report Functions: You can specify a batch of any number of reports and then have them all run with one click of a button. Batches can also be saved so that they can be run again at a later date.
Member History Tracking: Membership Plus 2005 tracks the history of changes made to members. This history can be viewed or printed at any time. Advantages of this feature are: seeing which groups a member has been a part of in the past, seeing the date they first visited, when they became a prospect, when they joined, etc.
